The layered, jewel-toned abstractions by new gallery artist Pat Lambrecht-Hould are shown here with the work of Armine Bozhko, Jim Rabby and Fred Holcomb.  Bozhko’s figurative paintings recall stained glass in their boldly simplified forms and rich, saturated palette.   Thickly textured paint is also used by Jim Rabby in his energetic abstract paintings; bright colors and expressive brush strokes glisten as light is reflected off their multifaceted surfaces.  Fred Holcomb uses textured layers of oil paint, along with evocative color juxtapositions and scalar relationships to evoke a distinct sense of space in his abstract paintings.
