Sculptor Mark Harris abstracts the form of the figure into a bold, modern geometry.  In these simplified shapes, the essential emotional and dynamic information is highlighted.  Each cast bronze piece is finished with an exquisitely crafted patina.    The deep purple non-representational painting on view here is by Ann Ruttan.  The artist, known for her landscape paintings, creates a glowing horizon line crackling with light and color set against an inky ground.  On view opposite these works is a multi-part tapestry by Artemis.  Hand-woven during the daylight hours of the Greek island Tinos, “The Wooden Horse”  uses a language of color and shape to convey the story of Odysseus.
